At fatty15, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your items are processed quickly for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
